Christina Feller is a partner in Ferrer Poirot Feller Daniel where she focuses her work on pharmaceutical and medical device cases. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Texas in 2002 and obtained her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2006.
Since joining the firm in 2006, Christina has focused on representing victims harmed by defective pharmaceutical products, and she has lobbied in Washington, D.C., to protect victims’ rights. Christina has overseen numerous pharmaceutical and medical device litigations from inception to resolution, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars in recovery for her clients. Her extensive pharmaceutical litigation experience handling multidistrict litigation lawsuits has given her unique insight into the world of drug injury law. She was recently appointed by Honorable Judge Leigh Martin May in the Northern District of Georgia to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the Paragard IUD Products Liability multi-district litigation.
Christina was selected by her peers as a Thomson Reuters Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in Texas Monthly magazine for 2012-2018 and was named to D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in Dallas” list for product liability law in 2014, 2015, and 2018. She is admitted to practice in Texas, including the District Court for the Northern District of Texas, and Florida. She’s a member of the State Bar of Texas, The Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Public Justice, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Christina is one of the six co-founders of Texas Women Rainmakers, a female-focused plaintiff attorney organization.
