Rachal Rojas

Rachal Rojas earned her B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University. A native of Corpus Christi, Texas, Rachal worked in her hometown as a paralegal before attending law school. At the University of Houston Law Center, she discovered her passion for fighting for the rights of the injured through her work with the Office of the Attorney General – Consumer Protection and Public Health Division, the Hurricane Katrina Help Hotline, the Texas Consumer Complaint Center and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She was recognized for her pro bono work graduating with the distinction of Ambassador for the University of Houston Law Center’s Pro Bono Volunteer Initiative.
Rachal has focused her practice on pharmaceutical and products liability, pursuing justice for those injured by the negligence of others. She has experience working on complex litigations and has been involved litigating cases on behalf of clients against the manufacturers of dangerous pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices, consumer products and has represented individuals who have suffered due to environmental hazards and exposures. Rachal also has experience litigating cases involving personal injuries and sexual abuse and assault. She currently focuses her efforts on various mass tort litigations, specifically in client retention efforts – working to build and maintain strong client relationships to minimize client attrition and foster active client involvement.
